Inspire Commerce and Drupal Commerce Integration Guide
The account dashboard allows you to generate and fetch the API key needed for successful communication with the Inspire Commerce Payment gateway API.
Take the credentials you just obtained from Inspire Commerce and navigate to Trexle dashboard, click Payments Gateways and select Inspire Commerce from the drop down menu as shown below.
Fill into your Inspire Commerce credential and click Add Gateway. Click the Activate button next to Inspire Commerce, and it will give you a success message and the button will turn into green. You should see something like below.
After adding the Drupal Commerce module to your site, browse into Administration > Commerce > Configuration > Payment gateways. Configure the settings and insert your API key like the following screen.
Make a test product and test the checkout process.
Fill in the payment details using a test credit card.
To enable test mode in the gateway:
- Select ‘Options’
- Select ‘Test Mode’ under Transactions Options
- Select ‘Enable Test Mode’ button
In test mode you can submit test transactions to the payment gateway. You are not charged for any test mode transactions that are run. Be sure to DISABLE test mode before attempting to run a real transaction. To disable, simply click the DISABLE test mode button.
No Test Cards are provided. You can use any valid card in the test mode without getting charged.
