There are a number of reasons why this might be the case, we suggest the trying the following:

• Clear your browser cache, CDN cache and website cache, then use an incognito or private browsing window to test it.
• Disable any potentially conflicting plugins or themes.
• Create a blank test site without any themes or other plugins.
• Follow the instruction guides on our knowledge base for install.
• If it still doesn’t work, you can either cancel your membership or pay hourly for our support team to fix the issue.
